During the Magma Geopark school tour, your group will learn about the geology and nature in southern Norway, get to know local industries and try activities in the nature.

This example tour includes hiking, climbing, and paddling, but all the tours are done specially to match the needs of the group. Our example tour includes living in a historical Norwegian farmhouse and full board foodplan. Educative packages can be build with or without accommodation and foodplan. The tour also includes transport and experienced guide.

  • Exiting activities in dramatic Jøssinfjord; safe climbing experience Via Ferrata to Migaren waterfall and hiking up secured old railway tracks Fladen to a wonderful scenery to the Jøssinfjord

  • Afternoon kayaking /paddling at Gaudland

  • A hike to Storeknuten, a location of an exceptional geological formation, layered intrusion
