RURITAGE HUB OFFICIALLY OPEN

On Thursday, April 11, we marked the start of an exciting time together with RURITAGE, and our local and international partners. We had a great open evening in our Magma office, and visitors got to taste GEOfood from both Eigra / Grand Hotel Egersund and FiskbyK. Pål Thjømøe explained more about what Magma Geopark is doing in our local community and our role as part of the UNESCO Global Geopark network. Cathrine Johannessen Skogen presented the project RURITAGE, and what effects we hope it will have in our community. For the more adventurous it was possible to try out geoVR in the basement. Here, many took an airy trip around the world.
