Directly opposite the entrance to the cemetery from Gamle Prestegårdsvei in Egersund town centre is a 2 metre high stone.

The theory is that the menhir may have stood on top of a burial mound on the other side of the road. This stone marked the boundary between the large farms of Aarstad and Husabø. You pass the stone on your right up Gamle Prestegårdsvei in Egersund.
