Wild sheep safari at Hidra

Take a boat out and enjoy the sea air before you disembark in Hidra's green meadows to visit the many wild sheep that live on the island and the surrounding islands.

On several of the islands around Hidra, wild sheep graze to keep the coastal landscape open and accessible. Taking care of the landscape is of great cultural and historical value.

On this safari, you get up close to the sheep and hear about what it's like to herd sheep on the coast. If you are lucky, you can also see other wild animals such as eagles.
