A family-friendly trip to Månafossen and Mån

Visit one of Rogaland's most impressive waterfalls

The hike follows a well-marked trail with stairs and some steeper sections, secured with chains where necessary. Along the way, there are several vantage points with spectacular views of Månafossen, which is considered one of Norway's most beautiful waterfalls.

If you continue a little further, you'll come to Mån. The restored mountain farm tells the story of life in this dramatic landscape until 1915. The hike is considered relatively easy and takes around two hours round trip.
