FRYD coffee and wine bar at Moi is a place that relaxes your shoulders. A little respite in Lund municipality, in the very south of Rogaland, where you immediately feel that the atmosphere is good, genuine and inclusive.

You can come alone and feel at home.
You can come with friends and feel like the evening is getting a little bigger.
You can come by train — and that's actually part of the charm. Rolling into Moi station, walking a few steps, and landing in a room that feels like a warm handshake.

FRYD is a place for everyone, and it is built on the idea of community.

Here there is room for laughter, peace, good conversations, small breaks and big moments.
It's a place where no one needs to be anything other than themselves.

The coffee is good. The wine menu is carefully selected. The atmosphere is soft.
But the most important thing is the people — both those who work there and those who come through the door.

FRYD Stage — the small stage with the big soul

In the middle of this warm space is also FRYD Scene, a small cultural heart that beats for music, stories and experiences.
Here, both new voices and established artists get to be close to the audience.
Here, concerts become intimate, real and full of closeness.

FRYD Stage is not just a stage.

Poetry evenings take place here where words are allowed to breathe.
Wine tastings where the senses play the main role.
Lectures and conversations that set thoughts in motion.
And small, intimate events that don't need big stages to become big experiences.

Do you want to travel by train? 

• The train from Stavanger rolls into Moi around 6:00 PM, and returns around 9:30 PM.
• The train from Kristiansand arrives in Moi at approximately 17:30, and the return (Fridays) is either 21:11 or 24:00.

A quiet arrival by train. An evening at FRYD — good atmosphere, good people, good flavors.
A concert or an experience at Fryd Scene that feels like a small gift.
Then the train home again, with the music still in my body.
