How to get to Flekkefjord

By car

Flekkefjord is easily accessible by car.
From Stavanger, follow the E39 via Egersund and Moi - about a 2-hour drive.
From Kristiansand, take the E39 via Lyngdal - approx. 1.5 hours.
You can also follow Fv. 44 (Nordsjøvegen) along the coast and all the way into the city centre.

By train

Jærbanen and Sørlandsbanen both stop at Sira station in Flekkefjord municipality.
You can take the train here from Stavanger, Kristiansand.
It's about a 20-minute drive from Sira to the centre of Flekkefjord.

By bus

There are daily bus departures to Flekkefjord from both Stavanger and Kristiansand.
Travelling time from Stavanger is around 3.5 hours, and from Kristiansand around 2.5 hours.
The bus station is centrally located in Jernbaneveien. See the entur.no or akt.no for timetables.

By boat

If you come with your own boat, you can dock at Flekkefjord guest harbour at Tollbodbryggen.
The port is centrally located in the inner harbour basin, right in the city centre, and has good facilities.
