The dramatic history of Jerusalem - lecture with Trond Bakkevig

Theologian and retired priest in the Norwegian Church Trond Bakkevig has worked for many years to facilitate dialogue between Christian leaders in Israel and Palestine.

In the book Jerusalem, Church History and Politics, Bakkevig follows the dramatic history of Jerusalem as it appears in the city's Christian communities. The author combines the unique combination of theological and political experience from, among other things, the World Council of Churches, as an advisor to Norwegian foreign ministers and as a member of the World Council of Churches.
