Magma Geopark and Jøssingfjord Science Museum invite you to Geology Day on September 12th.

Join us for an exciting and educational day at Jøssingfjord Science Museum, where this year's theme is the movements of the Earth's crust! Explore how the Earth's crust is constantly moving, and discover the enormous forces that form mountain ranges - through engaging activities for both young and old.

Not least, you will learn how the Magma Region – Rogaland and Agder's only UNESCO destination – was formed almost 1 billion years ago!

The café is open, so you can take a break and enjoy a snack along the way.

This will be a day full of discovery and fun for the whole family – we can't wait to see you!
