Navarsanden - Æsane - Gyarhavn - Mastrasanden - Hellvik

Small beautiful beaches and nice hiking areas along the coast.

This is a stretch of coastline with four small but beautiful beaches. The beaches are wedged between steep mountains. They are shallow and consist of small pebbles. Mostly used in connection with boating. No facilitation.

The area is also accessible on foot from Den Gamle Jærbanen.

A great hike is to continue on the signposted trail to Gyarhavn and Mastrasanden, on to Hellvik and continue on the Old Jær Railway.
