Combining a hot sauna with a refreshing sea bath has become a popular way to relax along the coast. In Magma Geopark you'll find several saunas with different locations and expressions, but with one thing in common: proximity to the sea.
Why do so many people choose a sauna?
The combination of warm air and cold sea baths provides a clear contrast experience that can be felt both physically and mentally. It's precisely this contrast that makes coastal saunas so special.
A session in the sauna can provide:
- Relaxation and reduced stress
- Better blood circulation
- Relief for sore and tense muscles
- Increased wellbeing and better sleep
- A mental respite in a busy day
In Magma Geopark you can experience this in three different places.
