With a focus on the season's best ingredients, we put flavoursome and nutritious food on the table for you. We draw inspiration from Norwegian, often local, ingredients and use modern techniques to give you pleasant and exciting dining experiences. Let us tempt you with fresh, crisp vegetables and beetroot from Jæren, fish and shellfish from local fishermen and fish farms, and cured meats and other meats developed in collaboration with local farmers and food producers. The coffee that is hand-brewed at Eigra is roasted at the coffee shop just across the street. "We will do our best to promote local farmers and food and drink producers from the region.

Eigra is located in the same quarter as Grand Hotel Egersund.
