Welcome to Lund Municipality

Lund municipality is located in southern Rogaland and borders Agder. It is midway between Kristiansand and Stavanger, and borders Sirdal, Flekkefjord, Sokndal and Egersund. Approximately 3,200 people live in three small towns: Moi, Hovsherad and Heskestad/Ualand.

The Sætra area – outdoor activities in both summer and winter

In the nice outdoor area around Sætra, there are many opportunities for outdoor activities, both summer and winter. There is both a light trail and a toboggan run.

Tronåsen – one of the most dangerous parts of the Monte Carlo Rally

The road over Tronåsen, on the border between Rogaland and Vest-Agder, was completed in 1844 and was the most difficult stretch on the Vestland Highway.
