Arne Skage has just turned 60 and is inviting you to a party with his band and guest artists… Guitarist Arne Skage is a veteran in the Norwegian blues, roots, and Americana scene. From the heyday of (Rita & Frank) Eriksen to over 33 years and 9 months as the right-hand man of blues king pianist Reidar Larsen, Skage's distinctive slide guitar has been heard on hits and stages since 1990. After contributing to over 70 album productions for other artists, Skage released his solo album 'Procrastination Blues' in 2021. This album received very good reviews both domestically and internationally. In April 2024, the follow-up 'Rootwork' was released, taking us even further into the backstreets and alleys of New Orleans.
