Tønes is finally playing on home turf again! On Saturday 23 August, Frank Tønnesen will lure Erlend Aasland to a virtually untouched industrial landscape in a cultural context: Bemy's workshop at Drageland, Sokndal.

Workshop host Erik Jo has promised to do a thorough wash beforehand - so no-one has to be left in the lurch. And as if that weren't enough, in addition to singing and music, Frank and Erlend will be answering (almost) everything you could possibly want to know! In short: an evening you won't want to miss!

Tønes and Erlend Aasland meet late summer with old press photos, slightly older songs - and completely new audience perspectives.

The best time of the year is upon us. With bright colours and cold water, Tønes and Erlend Aasland embrace late summer with a warm and just the right amount of critical music. The duo raises important questions about exact company customs, central laying routines and the correct handling of frozen goods.

The concert will also feature an audience column: Anyone with a valid ticket can submit questions they need views and perspectives on ahead of the concert. Tønes and Aasland will take plenty of time to answer whatever it is people are wondering about. The event will be marked without any major fuss. The press photos are the same as last time.

The poster is also almost the same, but a new and youthful font has been added, which might make people wonder if Tønes has taken up electronic music. And maybe he has.

This Tønes concert comes with a whole new opportunity for the audience: Q&A. A familiar element in any Tønes concert is when Frank Tønnesen asks if anyone in the audience has any questions. Of course, it's pretty much a no-brainer, so most of the time there are none. Absolutely no-one. To remedy this, Tønes is now turning to technology.
