Welcome to a full evening in Eigra with local ingredients and great tasting experiences. As part of the "Short Trip" initiative, we invite you to an exclusive 5-course dinner with a focus on seasonal ingredients and flavors. The evening also features a visit from a producer from Piedmont in Italy, who will talk about crafts, traditions and production related to the farm's activities. About the producer The business was established in 1974 and is located in the area around La Morra and Barolo in Piedmont. With respect for traditional and sustainable principles, they work with ingredients from their own properties and craft-based production methods.
