As part of the "Short Trip" initiative, we invite you to an exclusive 5-course dinner focusing on seasonal ingredients and flavors. The evening also features a visit from a producer from Piedmont, Italy, who will talk about the craftsmanship, traditions and production associated with the farm's operations.
About the manufacturer
The business was established in 1974 and is located in the area around La Morra and Barolo in Piedmont. With respect for traditional and sustainable principles, they work with raw materials from their own estates and artisanal production methods.
