Egersunds Mandssangforening and Berentsens Brygghus AS have been creating great experiences for people for more than 115 years, each in their own way. In 2009, they joined forces to organise the first Oktoberfest in Egersund. A hired circus tent was filled for two nights in a row with festive guests who got to experience sing-alongs, varied entertainment, good food and a wide range of drinks.
The following year, the event was moved to the city tent, and since then the singers, musicians and audience have been the main contributors to the great atmosphere. The audience will be entertained by the Mandssangerne and Egersund Musikkorps Tyrolerorkester, and there will be opportunities for singing and socialising throughout the evening.
Oktoberfest in Egersund has developed into a firm tradition with a focus on culture, music, community and good experiences. Guests can enjoy food and a varied entertainment programme in a unique atmosphere.
If you want to experience the great atmosphere this autumn, it's worth securing tickets early - the event has previously sold out long before the summer.
