FRYD stage: Backyard concert with Tor Vidar Rennestraum

Tor Vidar Rennestraum opens the Fryd stage for the very first time! On Saturday, August 8, Bakgården is set up for a music experience under the open sky, with glowing strings of lights, a good atmosphere and (hopefully) sun from a cloudless sky. Tor Vidar Rennestraum is an artist from Kvinesdal, known from the semi-final of The Voice Norway 2024. With a raw and emotional voice, he moves in the landscape between country, rock and Americana, inspired by artists such as Chris Stapleton and Stephen Wilson Jr. In the backyard of Fryd Kaffe og Vinbar, he invites you to an intimate listening concert with both his own songs and personal interpretations of famous songs. The audience can expect an evening filled with real stories, closeness and music performed the way it is meant to be heard – honest and alive. This will be an evening for those of you who like music with soul, where you can sit back and listen, and experience songs in a more naked and personal packaging. Welcome to the sound of Fryd!
