Walk the Coastal Pilgrimage Trail across Jæren

In the summer of 2025, you are invited to a pilgrimage on the Coastal Pilgrimage Trail from Egersund to Stavanger.

We're planning three nights at Ognatun. There you get a made-up bed, breakfast, packed lunch and dinner. The last evening and last night will be at Sola Strand Hotel before we walk towards our pilgrimage destination, Stavanger Cathedral.

You will be transported back and forth to Ognatun and your luggage will also be transported so that you only need a daypack for the hikes themselves.
Good, well-fitted walking shoes and plenty of miles in your legs are very important. A good warm-up with long and short walks will make your experience much better and your steps easier.

The daily stages are an average of 20 kilometres.
