Sokndalsdagene is an annual folk festival that brings together young and old for a weekend filled with life, activities and a great atmosphere in Sokndal. On the last weekend in May, from 29 to 31 May, the town centre is filled with people who want to experience the best the local community has to offer.

Throughout the weekend, there will be a varied programme of stalls, activities and experiences for the whole family. Visitors can stroll between the stalls, meet local businesses and enjoy the great atmosphere that characterises the streets during the event. One of the highlights is the popular duck race, where excited participants watch as the ducks are released and compete down the river.

The weekend is rounded off with a concert by Tobias Sten, who provides an atmospheric conclusion to the folk festival.
