Senior dinner with a visit from Sigmund Birkeland

There will be a new Senior Dinner on Wednesday, October 28th at 5:00 PM in the party hall at Gamle skolen. Register by calling or texting Torill-June 952 72 136 or Renate 91 91 00 02 no later than Thursday, October 22nd.
On the menu this time is Lapskaus with side dishes, provided by Kaffidyret. There will also be dessert with coffee.
We are visited by Sigmund Birkeland. Sigmund has written several local history articles in the local newspaper Dalane Tidende over the years. In addition, he has co-authored books, and has also written several books on his own. Sigmund shares knowledge about his great passion, namely local history. It's just a pleasure!
The senior dinners always contain both something for the stomach and something for the brain! This time we get to acquire historical knowledge about our own local environment.
The target group for the Senior Dinner is those aged 60 and over. Feel free to invite a friend, neighbor, relative, etc.

NOK 250 per person. Vipps to Sokndal Volunteer Center, #125726, select category "Senior Dinner", or pay in cash upon arrival.
Welcome to a pleasant afternoon in good company

Greetings from Sokndal Volunteer Center in collaboration with Sokndal Municipality at Bøsenteret
