Helene Ytterdahl and Johanne Haneberg are two committed young women who found each other through a shared passion for nutrition and health promotion.
This evening they share their knowledge and experience to make a difference.
The goal is clear: To give more people the tools they need to make good choices for their holistic health!

Helene Ytterdahl is an authorised nurse with additional training in nutrition, and has experience from both hospitals and the municipal health service.
She started her own business in 2024 with the goal of making food easy for everyone.
Johanne Haneberg has a master's degree in community nutrition and works as a nutrition counsellor at Barnematbyen and Merogmindre.
